• Assist in the design and development of engineering projects by providing input on technical specifications, drafting plans, and conducting initial feasibility assessments.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team discussions to generate innovative solutions for design challenges.
• Conduct research on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Work with data analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics and identify trends that inform engineering decisions.
• Help interpret data and prepare reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and potential areas of improvement.
• Support the testing phase of engineering projects by assisting in setting up test environments and ensuring that equipment is functioning properly.
• Monitor testing procedures and document test results, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Work with senior engineers to validate test results and contribute to reports detailing the effectiveness of design modifications.
• Perform quality assurance tasks by reviewing design specifications, ensuring they align with industry standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with senior engineers and other team members to understand project goals and expectations.
• Support the engineering team in identifying safety hazards during the design, testing, or implementation phases.
• Provide technical assistance to other team members and departments, helping resolve engineering-related issues.
• Actively seek learning opportunities to enhance your technical skills and understanding of engineering principles.

• An initial consolidated amount of Rs.42,100 - 62,200 per month, all-inclusive.
• The consolidated remuneration will be increased by 5% for each succeeding year, subject to satisfactory performance.
